Your destination affects freight, customs descriptions, available documents and importer responsibilities, so tell us where you plan to sell at the beginning.
For selected projects, we can hold stock and send orders directly to your customers. Your website or order system sends us the order details, then we prepare and dispatch the parcel under the agreed arrangement.
If you prefer to manage fulfilment yourself, we can send finished stock to your business or nominated warehouse.

The standard private label minimum is 42 finished pouches per blend for loose leaf or 100 finished packs per blend for pyramid tea bags. Selected bulk blends start from 2 kg per blend. Custom packaging or ingredients may have different minimums.
Yes. Sampling helps you choose a range based on flavour and appearance rather than a written description. Ask us about discounted full-size samples.
Yes. Our private label service uses one of our established blends under your branding. If you need a proprietary recipe, use our custom blending service.
Yes. We work with customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and other markets. We confirm the suitable products, documents, freight and destination requirements for each project.
Our standard wholesale production lead time is 15 days once payment and the final blend, packaging and artwork have been approved.
