Can I return an unopened tea product if I change my mind?
Yes. You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Can I return opened tea?
We generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns for opened tea or other consumable products due to food safety and hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not meet a consumer guarantee.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us at help@bondibeachtea.com.au with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue promptly and provide an appropriate remedy.
Are sale items covered if there is a problem?
Yes. Sale items remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees. Sale items are only excluded from change-of-mind returns.
We accept eligible change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be:
unused and unopened
in its original packaging
in the same condition as received
accompanied by proof of purchase
Because tea is a consumable product, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns once a product has been opened.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable consumer law.

For approved change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return.

Where a product is confirmed as damaged on arrival, faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where a return is required, we will cover reasonable return postage costs for confirmed issues of this kind.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. A major problem may include a product that is unsafe, significantly different from its description, or unsuitable for its normal purpose and unable to be easily fixed.
If a product has a minor problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, shipping charges are not refundable and return postage is your responsibility.
