We use organic ingredients in our tea blends wherever possible and build our range around clean, natural, high-quality herbs, teas and botanicals. Yes. Our tea blends are gluten free and do not contain wheat, barley or rye-based ingredients. If you have a severe allergy or sensitivity, please check the ingredient list on the product page before ordering.
No. Our tea blends are made with natural ingredients and are designed without artificial colours, artificial flavours, preservatives or harsh laxatives.
Our teas are best enjoyed within the first six months after purchase for peak freshness, flavour and aroma. When stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, many teas can remain suitable for 18 to 24 months.
Store loose leaf tea in an airtight container away from heat, sunlight, moisture and strong smells. Avoid storing tea near spices, coffee or cleaning products because tea can absorb surrounding aromas.
Use a tea infuser, strainer, teapot or reusable tea bag. Add the recommended amount of tea, pour over freshly boiled water or the temperature shown on the product label, then steep for the suggested time.
Yes. Brew the tea with hot water first so the herbs and tea leaves infuse properly, then cool it in the fridge or pour it over ice.
Follow the directions on the product label. Some herbal blends are designed for daily use, while others have specific serving suggestions. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, check with your healthcare professional before using herbal teas regularly.
No. Our teas are sold as food and wellness beverages, not medicines. We describe ingredients, flavour profiles and traditional uses where appropriate, but our teas are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Yes. We offer private label tea services for businesses that want to sell tea under their own brand. This can include loose leaf tea, pyramid tea bags, branded pouches, label support, packing and fulfilment options.
Private label tea means you sell tea under your own brand name while another specialist tea company blends, packs or supplies the product. It is a practical way to launch a tea brand without building your own blending and packing facility.
Yes. We regularly work with new and established tea brands. We can help with blend selection, custom blending, packaging choices, label requirements, tea bag options, wholesale pricing, storage and dropshipping.
Minimum order quantities depend on the product format, packaging and level of customisation. As a guide, loose leaf private label orders usually start from small carton quantities per blend, while pyramid tea bag manufacturing and custom printed packaging require higher minimums. Contact us for the current MOQ and pricing guide.
Yes. We offer custom tea blending for clients who want a unique formula. Our blending process usually starts with a detailed questionnaire so we can understand the intended flavour, function, caffeine preference, ingredients to include or avoid and target customer.
For custom blend development, the agreed recipe can be created for your brand and kept separate from our retail range. Recipe ownership and exclusivity should be discussed before work begins so both sides are clear.
Yes. We manufacture pyramid tea bags for private label and wholesale clients. Tea bag options depend on the blend, cut size, ingredient type, tea bag material, tag, string and packaging format.
Pyramid tea bags are three-dimensional tea bags that give the tea more room to expand than many flat tea bags. They are popular for premium loose leaf and herbal blends because they can show the ingredients clearly and allow good infusion.
Our pyramid tea bags are made from Soilon, a plant-based material commonly used for premium tea bags. The string can also be made from Soilon, and tags can be printed with soy-based ink depending on the project.
No. We chose Soilon because we did not want to use nylon-based pyramid tea bags. Our position has always been that premium herbal tea should be packed in a cleaner, more natural material than traditional nylon mesh.
Our Soilon tea bags are not made from petrochemical nylon or polypropylene mesh. Soilon is a plant-based bioplastic material. We are always reviewing better materials as the tea bag industry develops.
Cotton sounds natural, but it is not always the best option for commercial tea bag production. Large-scale cotton tea bags can create issues with sealing, consistency, infusion, cost and machine compatibility. We continue to review alternatives that are safe, practical and suitable for food use.
No. Some ingredients are difficult to use in tea bag machines, especially powders, sticky pieces, oily ingredients or very large-cut herbs. We assess each blend before confirming whether it is suitable for pyramid tea bag manufacturing.
