Meet the Founder – Van Oayda

Hi, I’m Van Oayda, founder of Bondi Beach Tea Co.

After a career as a director at Macquarie Bank, I launched this company with a deep belief in natural health—and a strong desire to help others succeed in business. I wanted to create effective, honest tea blends that people could trust, and just as importantly, I wanted to build a business that empowered others to do the same.

I’m incredibly passionate about mentoring new entrepreneurs, especially those starting their own wellness or tea brands. Many of our wholesale customers have built thriving businesses with guidance from our team—and the benefit of my decades of business experience. Sharing that knowledge and helping others grow is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
