I can't get over the taste. I started strong, 2-3 drinks a day but now I add to black tea bag and add plenty of honey to get through it. Definately better on stomach than other cuppas , no bloating and overall feel good on it. Definately mix with something else eg smoothies. Can't give higher rating as not sure on overall benefits yet.
