    * Australia Post tracked delivery
    * Australia Post Express delivery, where available for the delivery address

    Delivery times shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our control.

    Express delivery does not necessarily mean overnight delivery. Australia Post Express delivery timeframes depend on whether your address is within the applicable express delivery network.

    ## Free shipping within Australia

    Free shipping is available for eligible Australian retail online orders with an order value over A$70, subject to any conditions displayed at checkout or in a current promotion.

    Free shipping applies to Australian deliveries only and does not apply to international orders.

    The delivery service used for free shipping may differ from paid tracked or express options. Where tracking is not included with a particular free shipping service, this will be shown where applicable at checkout.

    ## Post Office Box deliveries

    We deliver to eligible Post Office Box addresses within Australia where the selected delivery service supports delivery to that address.

    ## International shipping

    Bondi Beach Tea Co. ships retail online orders worldwide.

    Available international shipping services, charges and any estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout where available for the destination country.

    International delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, local postal services, customs processing, border controls and events outside our control.

    International orders are not eligible for the Australian free-shipping offer.

    ## Customs duties, import taxes and international charges

    International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, handling charges or other fees applied by the destination country.

    Where duties, taxes or other charges are collected at checkout, this will be shown during checkout. Where they are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for any charges payable upon import or delivery.

    ## Tracking and shipping confirmation

    Where tracking is included with the selected delivery service, we will send shipping confirmation details after your order has been dispatched.

    Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active in the carrier’s system.

    Where a shipping option does not include tracking, tracking updates will not be available.

    ## Delivery delays

    Carrier delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

    Delays may occur due to carrier networks, customs processing, public holidays, weather, natural events, peak sales periods or other circumstances outside our control.

    ## Incorrect delivery addresses

    Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

    Bondi Beach Tea Co. is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, except where required by applicable consumer law.

    ## Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

    Please retain the packaging and damaged products until we have reviewed your request.

    This Shipping Policy applies to retail orders placed through our online store.

    Shipping arrangements for wholesale, private label, custom blending, bulk tea or business orders may be quoted and agreed separately depending on the order size, destination and fulfilment requirements.
