Ingredients:

¼ teaspoon matcha powder

1 tablespoon aloe vera, fresh or bottled (helps the nutrients penetrate deep into the skin)

Method:

Combine ingredients then combine directly to a clean, dried, face with fingertips avoiding the eye area. Leave for 5-10 minutes then rinse. Apply a natural moisturiser directly after.

3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt/natural yoghurt

¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder

Method:

Combine all ingredients, then apply directly to your face and neck. Allow it to rest for 20 minutes before rinsing off. Use this recipe weekly or twice weekly for an anti-aging boost to your complexion.

This natural skin toner can help to reduce the appearance of large pores, draw out impurities, help to hydrate your skin and give your skin a natural glow. 

Simply brew up two cups of green tea and add your favourite natural essential oil to the mix.
