    Organic Ladies’ Mantle Tea

Ladies’ Mantle, also known as Alchemilla vulgaris, is a traditional European herb with a long history of use in herbal tea and Western herbalism.

It has a naturally earthy, slightly grassy flavour with a mild astringency from its natural tannins. This makes it a useful single herb tea, but it also blends well with raspberry leaf, nettle, lemon balm, peppermint, rose petals and other gentle herbal ingredients.

Ladies’ Mantle is often searched for by customers looking for a traditional women’s herb, making it a popular choice for herbal tea drinkers, naturopaths, herbalists and small wellness brands creating their own tea blends.

    Flavour profile

Earthy, green, slightly grassy and mildly astringent.

    How to use

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried Ladies’ Mantle to a cup or teapot. Pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

For a softer flavour, blend with peppermint, lemon balm or rose petals.
