Organic Marshmallow Leaf tea

A mild leaf infusion with a gently sweet, herbal flavour and a soft texture. Dried marshmallow leaf makes a simple cup on its own and pairs easily with more aromatic herbs. Naturally caffeine free, with no added flavouring.

Brew

Use 1 to 2 teaspoons per 250mL of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10 to 15 minutes, then strain well. Adjust the amount of leaf and steeping time to suit your taste.

Drink

Enjoy plain, or try a little peppermint for a brighter cup. Chamomile also makes a gentle floral partner. Start with a small amount of the second herb and adjust the blend to taste.
