You can see from the tracking below we dispatched the order ASAP. I am sure you are aware of postage times all around the world have slowed considerably due to the current pandemic. Your parcel will be out for delivery this week. You can see from the tracking the delay is at the US border in customs, which under the current health situation makes perfect sense and is usually tolerable by our customers.
If you were is a rush we did have an express postage service option available for only $5 more.
Anyway would you like a full refund and I will get the carrier to return the parcel to us.
