Organic Ladies’ Mantle Tea is a dried Alchemilla vulgaris herb with an earthy, grassy flavour and mild astringency. A familiar herb in European tea traditions, it can be brewed on its own or combined with mint, raspberry leaf or other botanicals.

Brew

Use 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain.

Drink

Enjoy plain, or soften the herbal character with peppermint, lemon balm or rose petals in your own blend.
