Organic Spearmint Leaf Tea is a fresh, naturally sweet mint infusion made from large-cut leaves grown in Egypt. Softer than peppermint, it gives a smooth, cooling cup without the same sharp menthol character.

Brew

Use one teaspoon, approximately 1.5g, per 250mL of boiling water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain.

Drink

Enjoy warm after food or cool and serve over ice. It is an easy starting point if you prefer a gentler mint tea.
