Bondi Heartburn Tea is a naturally caffeine-free herbal blend with a cool, mellow mint flavour. Spearmint, chamomile and lemon balm sit alongside marshmallow root and raspberry leaf for a smooth cup, available as loose leaf tea or pyramid tea bags.

Brew

Use one heaped teaspoon, approximately 2g, or one pyramid tea bag per 250mL of freshly boiled water. Steep for at least 5 minutes. Strain the leaves or remove the bag before serving.
