The Bondi B-Slim 28-Day Program pairs two loose leaf blends for a morning, afternoon and evening tea routine. You receive Bondi Slim for daytime cups and Bondi Colon Cleanse for the evening, in a 28-day pack from Bondi Beach Tea Co.

What is in the pack

Bondi Slim tea 85g and Bondi Colon Cleanse tea 85g.

Brew

For Bondi Slim, follow the pack directions for one cup in the morning, preferably before breakfast, and another in the afternoon. Use one level teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup of hot water and strain before drinking. For Bondi Colon Cleanse, infuse one heaped teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain. The pack directions are for one cup in the evening.

Drink

Prepare each blend separately in an infuser or teapot and strain before serving. Follow the directions on each pack.

Ingredients

Bondi Slim: Yerba mate, hibiscus flowers, dandelion leaf, burdock root, green tea, schisandra berry, Garcinia cambogia, acai berry and calendula petals. Organic ingredients are used when available.

Bondi Colon Cleanse: Flaxseed, rooibos leaf, cinnamon bark, dandelion root, liquorice root, cacao nibs, fenugreek seeds and rose petals. Organic ingredients are used when available.
