<br><br>I can see an investigation with our carrier has already been launched. I am sorry, sometimes parcels get lost or stolen. Especially now with COVID shipping has been crazy. You can see we dispatched the order within 24 hours. Instead of you waiting for the results of the investigation which can take up to 10 days, can I either refund you or send the order again with another carrier.
