Chamomile Flower Tea - Organic

Our Organic Chamomile Flower Tea is a soft, floral infusion made from chamomile flowers grown in Egypt. Naturally caffeine free, it has a mellow flavour for an evening cup, an after-meal pause or any time you prefer a gentle floral tea.

Brew

Use one teaspoon, approximately 1g, per 250mL of boiling water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain.

Drink

Enjoy warm and plain, or add a little honey to taste. Let the flowers infuse fully before removing them.
