Bondi Bodyguard Tea combines Sencha green tea with linseed, spearmint, ginger, cinnamon, liquorice, orange peel and elderflower. Mint, warming spice and citrus give this eight-ingredient blend plenty of character for your regular tea ritual.

Brew

Use one teaspoon per cup of water at 90°C. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain.

Drink

Enjoy warm and try it plain first to appreciate the liquorice, mint and orange peel.
