White Tea or White Peony Tea - Organic

Our Organic White Peony Tea, also called Bai Mudan, is a Chinese white tea with a mature, robust flavour. The bud and leaf give this style more character than you might expect from a delicate white tea, while keeping it distinct from a black tea.

Brew

Use one teaspoon, approximately 2g, per 250mL of water at 80°C. Steep for 2 to 5 minutes, then strain.

Drink

Try a 2-minute steep for a lighter cup or allow more time for a fuller flavour. Enjoy plain to appreciate the tea.
