Our Organic Oolong Tea comes from China’s Wuyi Mountains. This partially oxidised tea has a delicate, nutty flavour and fruity aroma, sitting between green and black tea in style. It makes a gentle afternoon cup or a tea to savour after a meal.

Brew

Use one teaspoon, approximately 2g, per 250mL of water at 90°C. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain.

Drink

Enjoy plain to appreciate its nutty flavour and fruity aroma. Give the leaves room to open in your infuser or teapot.
