Have drunk it diligently and hoped would help with weight lose and constipation. I have gained weight and needed other laxatives. I will persevere to see if it changes but not hopeful. Having said that, it is enjoyable and refreshing to drink and it has not adversely affected my sleep.

Just finished the 75g packet of this liver detox. I believe it works exceptionally well, a little bitter at first but you get used to it. Much better than swallowing tablets.
