Bondi Menopause Evening Tea is a naturally caffeine-free herbal blend with warm cinnamon, fennel and liquorice notes. It combines black cohosh, sage and linseed with these spices for an earthy cup from our women’s tea range.

Brew

Use one teaspoon per cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Ask your healthcare professional whether and how often this blend is suitable for you.

Drink

Enjoy warm and try it without sweetener first, as liquorice brings its own natural sweetness.

Before you use it

This blend contains liquorice, which may be unsuitable with blood pressure, heart or kidney concerns. It also contains black cohosh.
