Bondi Unwind Tea brings lemon balm, peppermint, ginger, liquorice and ashwagandha together in a caffeine-free herbal blend. Mint, warming ginger and the natural sweetness of liquorice make a cup to savour when you take a break.

Brew

Infuse one heaped teaspoon in a cup of freshly boiled water for at least 5 minutes, then strain.

Drink

Serve warm and try it without sweetener first: liquorice brings its own sweetness to the blend.
