Bondi Special Pinhead Gunpowder Green Tea has tightly rolled leaves that open as they brew. The result is a full-bodied green tea with subtle sweet, smoky notes, making it a distinctive choice alongside meals or when you want a more robust green cup.

Brew

Use one level teaspoon, approximately 1.5g, per 250mL of water at 80°C. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes, then strain. Adjust the time to taste.

Drink

Drink plain to appreciate the green tea and light smoky character. Give the rolled leaves room to expand in your infuser or teapot.
