Roasted Dandelion and Chicory Blend is a caffeine-free option for people who enjoy a roasted, pleasantly bitter cup. Made only from roasted chicory and dandelion roots, it offers a coffee-style flavour without coffee beans.

Brew

For loose roots, infuse one heaped teaspoon in 250mL of freshly boiled water for at least 5 minutes, then strain. For the tea bag option, use one bag per cup and steep for at least 5 minutes.

Drink

Drink black, add milk or top with frothed milk for a cappuccino-style drink. Sweeten to taste if you prefer a softer bitter finish.
