Organic Peppermint Leaf Tea is a crisp, cooling herbal infusion made from peppermint leaf alone. The large-cut leaf gives a fresh mint aroma without added flavourings, and the naturally caffeine-free cup is enjoyable hot or iced.

Brew

For loose leaf, use one teaspoon, approximately 2g, per cup of boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Strain. For tea bags, use one bag per cup and steep for 5 minutes.

Drink

Enjoy warm after a meal, or let the brewed tea cool and pour over ice with lemon or fresh mint.
