Brew

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain.

Drink

Try it on its own first, then blend with peppermint or nettle to suit your taste. This is cut leaf, so strain it when preparing tea.
