Our Organic Nettle Leaf Tea is a simple herbal infusion made from nettle leaf grown in Poland. Its earthy, fresh green flavour works on its own or as a base for your own herbal blends, with no added flavours or other ingredients.

Brew

Use one teaspoon, approximately 2g, per 250mL of boiling water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain.

Drink

Enjoy plain or blend with peppermint or lemon balm for a more aromatic cup.
