Bondi Woman Cycle Tea is a naturally caffeine-free blend with warm, earthy and gently spiced flavour. Cinnamon and ginger sit alongside lady’s mantle, raspberry leaf, nettle, lemon balm and alfalfa in this organic tea from our women’s range.

Brew

Use one teaspoon per cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Follow the directions on your pack.

Drink

Enjoy warm to appreciate the cinnamon and ginger. Try it plain before adding any sweetener.
