I have only taken beetroot powder for 1 month and the signs are great, better sleep, less snoring, ifeel when I exercise the recovery is quicker. The taste is even way better, i use this in my pre workout smoothies, beetroot powder, magnesium, age mate powder and yogurt. The delivery into the system is quick.

BB's roasted chicory & dandelion blend is a full rich flavour - a very tasty coffee replacement with health benefits. I purchased the roasted roots loose 250g and a packet of delicate teabags to share. At reasonable pricing too. We have finished the teabags already! Amazing to drink as solo beverage or mixed with a nutmilk & honey if desired. Or for cafe capp style, top with frothy nutmilk & cinnamon powder. Highly recommend you try this blend.
This tea blend is great. there was a noticable delcine in my hot flushes. The tea has a lovely refreshing flavour.
I have tried 25 different varieties of the teas you can taste the difference in quality with these teas. Highly recommend them
