Try a Blueberry-Pomegranate Smoothie

SERVINGS: 1

⅔ cup frozen ORGANIC blueberries (unthawed)
½ cup  fat-free vanilla yoghurt
⅓ cup  soy milk
¼ c pomegranate juice

PUT ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
